Davco has quality control programs registered with Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Manitoba for pressure piping fabrication, alteration, & repair, as well as Vessel Alteration & Repair. Davco is also an authorized testing facility for Performance Qualification Testing of Welders in Alberta. As well Davco is a CWB Certified Division 2 company for the fabrication of structural steel.
Our pipe drafting software creates ISO's, tracks heat numbers, NDE, weld maps and more.
We use Advance Steel to create shop drawings for structural fabrication, and NC1 codes for our automated beam line.
Professional QC packages are completed for all piping and CWB structural projects.
In addition to many other qualifications, our quality control division includes CWB certified welding inspectors, CWB certified welding supervisors, ABSA registered welding examiner, NACE certified coating inspector.
